Proof analyzes quotes, estimates, invoices, and bills for repairs and services and gives an estimated fair-price range and related questions to ask. Proof provides general, informational estimates only. It is not an appraisal and not professional, legal, financial, or contractor advice. Prices vary by location, materials, condition, complexity, and urgency. Always use your own judgment and consult a qualified professional before making a decision.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for the accuracy of information you submit. Do not upload content you do not have the right to share, and do not use the Service to break the law or infringe others’ rights.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that any estimate is correct or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Proof and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any decision you make in reliance on the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We may modify or discontinue the Service, and may update these Terms; material changes are reflected by the “Last updated” date. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms.
If you obtained the app from the Apple App Store, the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies and, where it conflicts with these Terms, governs your license to use the app. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content and has no obligation to provide support for it.
